## Booking flow

1. Check availability, get a quote.
2. Submit a booking request (the /hold form, POST /api/hold, or MCP request_booking).
3. The owner personally approves every request — nothing is auto-confirmed.
4. On approval the guest is emailed a Stripe Checkout link for the
   25% deposit, payable within 48 hours.

## Limits

Reads are limited to 60 requests/hour/IP and cached for 5 minutes.
Booking requests are limited to 3/day/IP.
